$5 for 800 word articles? What the heidi-ho? (At least that’s what Molly was finding I haven’t checked yet.)

I found one for $3 for an 800 word article.  I’m still searching though!

Wow!  Sorry you lost your OTHER job, Mike.  Good luck on the NICHE site.  We’re pulling for you.

Thanks! It was fun while it lasted. I guess self employment is where my heart’s at anyways.

Is it odd that we announce these type of things to the blog-o-sprere before we call and tell our parents?

  3. Posted February 10, 2012 at 11:57 am | Permalink

Wow crazy. Your thumbnail made me giggle like a schoolgirl. Oh wait, technically I *am* a schoolgirl. Hmmm. Anyhow, good luck with your endeavor! Should be fun to watch it come ALIVE.

P.S. Google+ is so the awesome.

You Tube gave us three thumbnail choices. We picked the one that made us look the least developmentally challenged and look what we came up with!?!

you two are bloody adorable. YOU are a niche site in and of yourselves.

    • Posted February 12, 2012 at 7:06 am | Permalink

Molly, she said bloody. Do you think she’s Australian?

      • Posted February 12, 2012 at 7:09 am | Permalink

She might be!  It’s fetching when Kristy says ‘bloody’!
Thanks for continuing to come back!

Guy, you got folks pulling for ya.  There is no reason you won’t succeed.

Here’s a suggestion: try filming yourselves as you create the things you’ve been blogging about.  From canning to smelting, you guys have mad skillz and fantastic personalities that would translate well onto film.  You don’t have to do all the steps of a process all at once.  String us along!  Keep us coming back.

And don’t worry about “perfect” production values at first.  Those skills will improve over time and make a sweet evolutionary process to watch all on its own.

In the end, compile your videos into DVDs that the audience can buy online.  I’d buy one!

We love you Mr. Tyger Cub!  Your words are sweet and I love, love, love that you gave us some advice!!!!  Video do feel like a good fit and it was fun to do.

Okay, I second the fact that you are wildly entertaining on film. You guys are so cute. I would watch more vdeo of you. I’ve even seen the chicken plucking one.

    • Posted February 12, 2012 at 7:01 am | Permalink

Hmmm….. Molly did get a huge following of South Americans from that video. Maybe we can corner the chicken plucking niche.

  8. Posted February 11, 2012 at 5:38 am | Permalink

    Break a niche you guys!!!!

    • Posted February 12, 2012 at 6:49 am | Permalink

I just keep imaging having you as a guest host on our ugly blue couch.  We’d probably get off topic right away, laugh uncontrollably and have to keep our legs crossed so we wouldn’t pee our pants.

Great video! With that kind of energy, you can’t help but be successful.
Niche sites are good.  I’ve almost got Mrs. 101 talked into taking one on.

    • Posted February 12, 2012 at 7:05 am | Permalink

You really need to wrangle Mrs. 101 into the mix.  She seems so adorable.  I think of her as Wonder Woman/ Lilly from ‘How I Met Your Mother’.

Hey Mike and Molly! Just wanted to pop by to wish you both the best of luck, and have fun with this. This for the link, and I hope you find a good niche (neesh, apparently – I’ve been saying it wrong this whole time).

    Cheers, and all the best!

Thanks Pat! We found your your Niche Duel Series so engaging that we pretty much dropped everything and spent 2-3 days absorbing all the information you shared. You did a really great job organizing and delivering it.

I really think we all need to take on Aussie accents.  Have you noticed how many successful Aussies there are out there?!  For god sakes man (I’m saying that in my Aussie accent that actually sounds more like a Scottish/Italian accent)!  It’s a small continent!  First they corner the movie industry and now it’s the neesh markets!!
